Services are provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing diagnostic medical imaging.

Ultrasound services are performed within the scope of practice permitted under Arkansas law.

No provider-patient relationship with a physician is created solely by use of this website.

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Valley Imaging L.C. provides ultrasound imaging services in accordance with Arkansas law.

We do not practice medicine or provide medical diagnoses.

Ultrasound imaging is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or OB provider.

Diagnostic interpretation, when applicable, is performed by a licensed radiologist.

Clients are responsible for maintaining car with their healthcare provider.

refund & cancellation policy

Deposits & payments:
Payment is required to secure your appointment

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations may result partial refund

No-show:
No-shows are non-refundable

Rescheduling:
One reschedule may be allowed with proper notice

Refunds:
Services already rendered are non-refundable
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Valley Imaging L.C.

This policy is governed under the consumer protection laws of the state of Arkansas.

iN-HOME SERVICE POLICY

To comply with safety and liability standards:

Services are provided only in environments deemed safe under reasonable professional standards.

Valley Imaging L.C. reserved the right to leave any location that poses a safety risk

Clients agree to maintain a safe and lawful environment in accordance with Arkansas law.

We are not liable for:

Injuries cause nu unsafe home conditions

Environment hazards outside of our control

MEDIA CONSENT POLICY

Valley Imaging L.C. may use ultrasound images for educational or marketing purposes.

Images will never include identifying information without consent

Written permission is required before any media is used

Clients may opt out at any time

RESULTS & REPORTING POLICY

Diagnostic ultrasound interpretations, when applicable, are performed by a radiologist licensed in accordance with Arkansas law.

Valley Imaging L.C. does not independently diagnose medical conditions.

Clients are responsible for follow-up care with their licensed provider

CONSENT TO SERVICE

By receiving services, you acknowledge:

You consent to ultrasound imaging

You understand the limitations of ultrasound

You understand that this is not a replacement for medical care

You agree to seek medical care from a license provider for diagnosis and treatment

LIABILITY WAIVER

Valley Imaging L.C. is not responsible for:

Undetected conditions or limitations of imaging

Medical outcomes related to medical conditions

Client decisions made based on imaging results without physician consultation

Clients agree to hold Valley Imaging L.C. harmless from liability to the extent permitted by law.

RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

Safety concerns arise

There is inappropriate or threatening behavior

The environment is unsuitable

Fraud or misuse of service is suspected

Refusal of service will be exercised in compliance with applicable Arkansas and federal non-discrimination laws.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits may be required for booking.

All payments and transactions are subject to applicable Arkansas financial and consumer protection laws.
